Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a responsible, reliable, self-motivated full-time individual to assist our sales team with administrative duties and customer service responsibilities.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Working with manufacturers and customers via Outlook and phone

  • Processing Purchase Orders

  • Follow-up and follow-through on current projects

  • Excel worksheets

  • Answering phones

  • Additional general office duties as needed

  • PowerPoint presentations

  • Receiving/Shipping Samples

  • Stocking the sample room

Job Requirements:

  • Multitasking and great phone skills are a MUST

  • At least 3 years customer service experience

  • At least 3 years experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Able to navigate a computer and computer programs

  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to lift 30lbs or more

Sales Representative

 

We are looking for someone to represent our company to convenience store and non-food companies by selling and managing products to meet customer’s needs.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers

  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of customer

  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of an account.

  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.

  • Recommends changes in products by evaluating results and competitive developments.

  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending Trade Shows and analyzing reports

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Some travel will be required
