Account Coordinator

We are seeking an Account Coordinator who has excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, adaptability, and team player mentality. The right person for this position should maintain an upbeat demeanor, even in challenging situations, to significantly impact customer interactions and overall team morale. Above all, a dedication to providing excellent customer service and meeting customer needs should be at the forefront of their approach to their work.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answer questions about a company’s products or services.

  • Process orders and transactions.

  • Resolve issues and troubleshoot technical problems.

  • Deliver information about a company’s offerings.

  • Provide proactive customer outreach.

  • Deal with customer service via emails, over the phone, or face to face.

  • Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve them. If the problem doesn't seem to be solved, then forward the problem to the correct salesperson.

  • Respond to the problems of the customer promptly.

  • Look after the customer accounts and update their transaction status.

  • Draft the necessary documents, letter, or statements, as required by the customer.

  • Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner.

  • Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters.

  • Maintain a follow-up on the customer, whose query you had solved, and ensure they are satisfied with your answer.

  • Track & manage Purchase Orders (routing is completed, if necessary, and following up with the vendors to ensure that POs are shipping on time).

  • Relay any approved PO changes to the Buyers (cuts, PO revisions, delays, etc.).

  • Research deductions and dispute if applicable.

  • Maintain GenWeb data and confirm that all information is up to date.

  • Answer phone calls and emails to provide information, resulting in effective business correspondence.

  • Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints

Sales Manager


We are looking for someone to represent our company to convenience stores and non-food companies by selling and managing products to meet customer’s needs.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers

  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of customer

  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of an account.

  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.

  • Recommends changes in products by evaluating results and competitive developments.

  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending Trade Shows and analyzing reports

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
